"Girls Just Wanna Have" is an original documentary series and worldwide platform dedicated to talented women around the world. The project follows real stories, routines, cultures and women's personal journeys through a contemporary and international cinematic approach.

The original series is about women who tell how their cities, cultures and lifestyles influence their personal and professional trajectories. The launch marks not only the debut of the original documentary series, but also the birth of a worldwide platform dedicated to the female universe. More than bringing together audiovisual content, the platform was designed to connect women through real stories, experiences, conversations, events and initiatives that inform, inspire, support and entertain the international community.

"People often ask why a man is directing a series about women. My answer is simple: perhaps it's time we, as men, started listening more than speaking."

For the director and creator of the platform, Rodrigo Giannetto, the proposal goes far beyond a streaming show: "'Girls Just want to Have's differential is not just to produce a documentary series, but to build a worldwide ecosystem of content, community and experiences for women. We want the platform to be a world reference for those looking for inspiration, information, entertainment; a community built from real stories.", says the director, internationally recognized for directing reality shows, series, documentaries and videos for platforms and channels such as TV Globo, HBO Max, MTV, Discovery Channel, National Geographic and UFC Network. In 2023, he won the International Emmy Awards with the reality show A Ponte Brasil (The Bridge Brasil), in the category Best Unscripted Entertainment.

The first season of the project visits places like London, Sicily, Brasilia, Barcelona, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Buenos Aires and New York.
